Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of PixDeep and all tools it provides, including AI-powered features. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

You may not upload, process, generate or distribute any of the following through the Service:

• Sexually explicit or NSFW content — including nude, pornographic or sexually suggestive imagery or video, whether of real people or AI-generated;
• Content involving minors — any sexualized, exploitative or abusive content involving minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — including “nudify” style transformations of real people;
• content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, or that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate or discrimination;
• malware, phishing pages, or content designed to defraud or deceive;
• other people’s private information (addresses, ID documents, private conversations) shared without their consent.

• Do not use AI features to create deepfakes or face swaps of real people without their explicit consent;
• do not generate or process media intended to impersonate a real person or organization, or to deceive others (for example, fake news, forged documents or fabricated evidence);
• where the law requires it, label AI-generated or AI-modified content as such when you publish it.

Only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Tools such as Watermark Remover are provided for legitimate use cases — for example, cleaning up your own photos or content you are licensed to edit. Using them to strip rights-management information or watermarks from content you do not own is a violation of this AUP and may be illegal.

We may review content and accounts where permitted by law and our Privacy Policy. Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of your account. If your account is terminated for violating this AUP, remaining credits (including purchased credits) are forfeited and no refund is owed.

If you see content or behavior that violates this AUP, report it to pixdeep@outlook.com with as much detail as possible. We review every report.

We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
