This Privacy Policy explains how PixDeep (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use pixdeep.com (the “Service”). We designed the Service to be privacy-first: uploaded and processed files are automatically and permanently deleted within seven (7) days.

• Account data: email address, optional display name, and a securely hashed password.
• Files you upload: images, video and audio you submit for processing, plus the resulting output files. These are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within seven (7) days.
• Usage data: basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and service operation.
• Payment data: payments are handled by our authorized merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card details — only a payment status and credit balance.
• Cookies: a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use the information above to:

• operate, maintain and improve the Service;
• process your files and deliver the results you request;
• manage your account, credits and purchases;
• prevent abuse, fraud and violations of our Terms;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your files to train AI models.

To deliver certain AI features, files may be transmitted to third-party processing providers (for example, AI model APIs) acting strictly on our behalf to fulfill your request. These providers process files only to provide the feature and are contractually restricted from using them for other purposes.

Payments are processed by an authorized merchant of record, which receives the information necessary to complete your transaction under its own privacy policy.

• Files: deleted automatically within seven (7) days of upload.
• Account data: kept while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
• Logs: kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting purposes.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and strict access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

You may access, correct or delete your personal information at any time:

• account details can be edited in your dashboard after signing in;
• account deletion requests can be sent to pixdeep@outlook.com — we will remove your account data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the EU/EEA or California), you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Significant changes will be announced on the Service.
